Team Challenge

This involves Multiple Team Activities that can be undertaken on skis or on foot (depending on whether or not participants are on skis or rackets depends on where and or how the activities are staged).

There are a large choice of activities:

• Snake gliss: A race between teams of participants interconnected on individual sledges. The man in front is in charge or steering. Enormous fun!
• Tyrolean: Guarenteed Ride Sensation (Absail between the rooftops of Val Thorens)
• Snow scooting: Snow Scooter Slalom (The skis replace the wheels).
• Human Curling: Need there be anymore said about this.
• Timber Jack: Using a traditional French ‘Scie’ or double ended saw, it is a race to see which team can cut through a pine tree the fastest.
• The Snowshoe Relay: Each team will race one another on foot while mastering individual obstacles on root. This is not as simple as it sounds and is a huge recipe for laughter.
• Blind Food Tasting: Team Taste Testing. A great opportunity to sample some of the local produce including Cheeses, Sausisson, Wines and Liquors.
• Snow Sculpting: For the more artistic one’s amongst you this is the opportunity to shine, carving prepared blocks of snow into a chosen theme.
• Altitude Archery
• Slalom: A timed slalom competition (skiers only).

Fun

Downhill sledding:
A 7km extravaganza. Race from 3000m up in the mountains down to 2200m on one of Europe’s largest purpose built sledding runs. This fast rolling coaster is undoubtedly a sensation special. Wind your way through banking turns and fast chutes back to the resort, not forgetting to stop off for a mulled wine on the way.
